The opportunity Weare offering the opportunity for a motivated candidate withexcellent written and verbal communication skills in French andEnglish to join our team where he / she will be given the opportunityto learn and develop a whole new range of technical skills.

We donot require SAP experience for this position. Having a technicalacademic qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities 1. Provideapplication support and implementation consultancy through advice,guidance, and appropriate technical activities with Strada’s Frenchcustomer-base.

2. Generate easy-to-maintain error-freeimplementations and customizing respecting Strada best practices.3. Operate required system tests using either provided orself-generated test data, to ensure the applications / developmentsmeet the agreed specifications.

4. Provide documentation (bothtechnical and functional) on issues handled. 5. Manage personaldaily priorities and support project priorities – ensure deadlinesare met.

6. Regularly report on status and progress to theTeam / Project Manager. 7. Maintain internal and external contact andcommunication channels at an appropriate level.

8. Communicatestatus, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues. 9.Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.

10.Respect project timelines and ensure the proper delivery ofassigned work package implementations. Requirements 1. Strongwritten and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

2. Technical background, either professional or academic (can beoutside of SAP / Payroll). 3. Strong interest in deliveringhigh-quality support and implementation in the field of HumanResources and growing a career in SAP HCM and payroll services.

4.Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense ofaccountability. 5. Be committed to the customer, the team, and theproject.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7.Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality ofinformation. 8.

Bachelor or Masters degree with a Technicalemphasis preferred. 9. Willingness to work from our Granada offices2-3 times per week.
